    Does it work with all phones?

    Apple iPhone Compatibility:

    • Fully compatible with iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 series, including Pro, Pro Max, SE, and other variants. Note: Bare models from other series are not directly compatible.
    • Ideal for iPhones equipped with MagSafe-compatible cases.
    • Usage with iPhones lacking MagSafe cases is not recommended.

    Android Phone Compatibility:

    • Not suitable for bare Android phones without magnetic charging capabilities.
    • Compatible with Android phones using MagSafe-compatible cases (available for select models).
    • Alternatively, attach the provided magnetic piece to your phone case for seamless use with the MagneView Mount.

    Will the phone fall off easily?

    This product is primarily designed for indoor filming, creating handmade videos, and capturing scenes in static or light motion states. For usage in complex environments, like crowded areas or situations involving running and jumping, it is strongly advised to use the safety rope for added security.

    How do I use the magnetic piece?

    Attaching to the Outside of the Phone Case:

    1. Begin by using the cleaning kit to thoroughly clean the case's surface, ensuring it's free from oil and dirt.
    2. Remove the adhesive backing from the magnetic attractor sheet, place it centrally on the case, and apply gentle pressure.
    3. Allow it to rest for at least 2 hours, preferably up to 12 hours, for stronger adhesive bonding.

    Important Note: When attached externally, remove the magnetic ring by sliding it parallel to the neck. Avoid lifting it directly to prevent dislodging the magnetic piece.

    Attaching to the Inside of the Phone Case:

    1. Clean the inside of the case with the provided cleaning kit to eliminate any oil residues.
    2. Peel off the adhesive layer from the magnetizer, position it in the center of the case, and press down lightly.

    Important Note: When attached internally, the mount can be used immediately after application. However, be aware that the magnetic strength may be reduced to around 2kg, depending on the thickness of the case.
